Availability – an

| lcviews.com receives
many questions on how LCs issued subject to UCP 600 is made available
(by payment, negotiation etc.). For that reason we take
the bold move of providing an educational document on that topic. It is
indeed one of the LC topics that have been subject for a flood of
discussions and questions. Therefore we do not claim that it is in any
way exhaustive. Opposite we take the humble approach - and call it
"version 1.0" - saying that if we receive comments to this document that
dictates updates or changes - such will be made.
