The Supreme Court of P. R. China promulgated a guideline on the adjudication of L/C-related cases on November 14, 2005

Effective 1 January 2006, the Chinese Supreme People’s Court has adopted rules for letter of credit cases before Chinese courts. On this page you will find links to the rules as well as other information about the rules.
