Before
asking a question to lcviews remember that the receiver will only have your
words to work on.
Therefore it is important that:
1: It is written – and re-read – carefully so that
there are no spelling or grammar mistakes to affect the meaning.
2: It is free from abbreviations.
3: It is structured in a logical way – so that the
“case” is presented as clear and simple as possible – and the question
precise and to the point.
4: It does not include superfluous information.
5: If the question is mainly arising out of a
document, such as a signature in a bill of lading, a statement in an air
waybill, a rider in an insurance policy and the like, the actual document
should be sent to lcviews as an attachment by fax or scanning.
For submitting the question you may use the
form available. If however it is more convenient (e.g.
for enclosures) you may e-mail directly to
singlewindow@lcviews.com.
Accepted formats for enclosures: doc, pdf, jpg, tiff,
bmp, ppt.
