GALAXY OF MIDDLE EASTERN LC SPECIALISTS

The LC world in general and ICC in particular often
talks to, talks about, listens to, and writes the views of the usual LC specialists from
the West. They are in Banking Commission/ISBP Task Force/UCP revision groups. The ICC
cajoles them. The ICC listens to them. LC VIEWS projects the LC specialists from the
overlooked part of the LC world so that the Europe/America can look at them and may
realize to involve them in international forums for listening to their views also for
broader perspective. Don't consider that the Middle Eastern LC specialists are only
listener, learner, follower in UCP matters. Don't consider that the Middle Eastern LC
specialists don't have gray matter to produce original ideas, to make critical reviews, to
make opinions. Some of them have CDCS qualification. They have experience. They have
expertise. The following is the list of Middle Eastern LC specialists. Involve them.
Invite them outside the Middle East . Let us develop LC knowledge by getting new ideas
from these people. Listening to the same views all the time from the same western people
will stop the growth of LC knowledge, will make every UCP controversial. Example? The
controversial UCP term " negotiation". Do we know what the Middle Eastern LC
specialists have to say about the term "negotiation"? No. We know only what the
western LC specialists say about "negotiation", and what they say is not in the
interest of developing countries. |
