Dear Zakir HOSSEN,
I really understand your point on how you face
problems while buying these books. You could also add that they also add
freight and handling charges for 22 EUR (sometimes 38 EUR it changes from
book to book) to each book – even though you know from the arrived cargo
package that it only costs 10,95 EUR! Totally Commentary on UCP600 costs
99,85 EUR for the shipment to Turkey. Big money for so many friends I know
who are only officers.
I have conducted this issue to ICC Paris, I think it
was 8 months ago but not yet received a reply for the query (!!)
As to the copy right rules no one can share the
original books with you even with a soft copy and no one should do that! It
is illegal and big dishonour to the authors and to their efforts; the
authors whom we admire and learn so much things from. We should not do that!

Sometimes in our lives we are unable to climb all
the mountains (aims) we want to, but do not forget that you can indirectly
benefit: breathing the weather that touched the mountains and with a smile
to the Sun who passed on...
