I am international trade consultant
specialising in shipping matters related to commodity trade.
I gained experience with shipping matters
advising commodity traders on drafting letter of credit conditions,
amendments and special clauses for voyage charter parties covering
sea carriage of steel products, wheat and oil, and drafting of
shipping contractual terms and conditions for deliveries of steel
products stuffed in containers.
I am a contributor to the Forwarderlaw and
TT Talk, TT Club's electronic newsletter on matters related to
container shipping and the use of transport documents with letters
of credit and Incoterms 2000. |
