| Mr. Cheng
is the Deputy General Manager of the Global Trade Services Dept., the
Bank of China Head Office based in Beijing, responsible for the
development strategy and management of the Bank’s trade finance and
services businesses globally. Mr Cheng started his career with the Bank
of China in 1991. He has experience of 15 years in letters of credit,
guarantees, factoring, forfaiting and a variety of other trade finance
products. He served in London as the Manager of the Credit & Risk
Control Dept., Bank of China London Branch during 1999 to 2002. Mr.
Cheng is the member of the L/C Experts Group, ICC China.
Mr. Cheng received his Bachelor of Arts degree in
International Finance and Master Degree in World Economy from the Renmin
University of China in Beijing, China. He also holds a Bachelor of
Science degree with honours in Finance from the University of
Manchester, UK.
