LC Views Premium - Terms of Service

These Terms of service covers LC Views Premium – owned and run by Sindberg Consult (www.kimsindberg.com).
LC Views Premium is a service that offers online trade finance information on a subscription basis. LC Views Premium is accessed via the internet site www.lcviews.com (the Site).
The price for the service is EUR 250/license/year. The price covers unlimited access for one person to LC Views Premium for one year – including all updates.
From the time of making the subscription, there is a 14 days withdrawal period. I.e. within 14 days from the date of making the subscription, the subscription may be cancelled with full refund. After that period the purchase is final, and there will be no refund.
With a subscription to LC Views Premium you create a personal login, which must not be used by others. LC Views Premium reserves the right to block access, cancel the subscription with immediate effect and claim damages for any losses incurred as a result of breach of contract. In such case, there will be no compensation for any paid rest period.
Note that: LC Views Premium does not include the full text of any UCP 600 article – neither does it include the full text of any ICC Opinion:
• For the UCP 600 articles – commentaries are given plus examples and special issues are addressed.
• For the ICC Opinions – a review is made; i.e. a short and compressed overview of the question asked as well as the view expressed by the ICC.
