Background
UCP 600 has an extensive, and somewhat fragmented practice. A main part of that practice is documented in the “Official Opinions” issued by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Often it is difficult – sometimes impossible – for the LC practitioner to locate the ICC Opinions that has been issued on a particular topic / UCP 600 article; and to determine whether or not the ICC Opinion still applies.
This challenge is solved by lcviews Premium; that offers review of the majority of ICC Opinions issued subject to UCP 600 (including ISBP 745 and URDG 821), URDG 758 and URC 522, split into sequences (topics) – and linked to the commentary to the relevant article.

lcviews Premium offers you:
• Commentary to all UCP 600, ISBP 745, ISBP 821, eUCP v2, eUCP v1, URDG 758, URC 522 and PRC Guarantee provisions articles; including examples and special issues addressed. Each comment includes links to reviews of the relevant ICC Opinion(s).
• Review of all ICC Opinions issued subject to UCP 600 (including ISBP 745/ISBP 821), URDG 758 and URC 522. Each ICC Opinion review has been split into sequences (topics) – and is linked to the commentary to the relevant article.
Updates to lcviews Premium
lcviews Premium is a never-ending process. The contents will be updated regularly via the following sources:
• For each of the commentaries to the articles, the users may add suggestions, comments and ideas. Each of those will be taken into account – and may result in a change to the commentary.
• The SingleWindow questions submitted through the page will be included given they cover elements to an article that is not already covered.
• A review of every new Opinion issued by ICC will be added.

Note that: lcviews Premium does not include the full text of any ICC article – neither does it include the full text of any ICC Opinion:
• For the ICC articles – commentaries are given plus examples and special issues are addressed.
• For the ICC Opinions – a review is made; i.e. a short and compressed overview of the question asked as well as the view expressed by the ICC.
