The Miami Opinions are out
This week the ICC Banking Commission circulated the 5 Opinions approved at the Annual meeting in Miami, i.e.:
TA879rev2 – Interest claim for late payment (Held over from previous meeting)
TA880rev – Court injunction against the issuing bank
TA881rev – Mixed payment
TA882rev – Third party Documents not acceptable
TA883rev – AWB showing inconsistent carrier’s name, AWB showing inconsistent contract number, Refusal after correction of documents
