ICC BC Meeting 2019 April Beijing – Draft Opinions are out
The consolidated draft Opinions, in the sequence TA886-890, that will be discussed at the April 2019 Banking Commission meeting to be held in Beijing, were circulated beginning of February to the National Committees for comments. The deadline for the comments is 27 March 2019.
The Draft Opinions to be discussed are:
TA886 – Invoice issued by the beneficiary?
TA887 – Issuer of performance bond
TA888 – UCP 600 article 16 (c) (iii) (b) modified
TA889 – Consignee conflict between B/L and EUR1
TA890 – B/L not indicating Agent
